Surrender Coaching for Solopreneurs
Heart-centered solopreneurs: are you tired of the stress and overwhelm that comes with trying to run your business from a “make it happen” approach?
If trying to build your business regularly causes you to crawl under the covers with tears streaming down your face…
If you’re worried that something is wrong with you because things just aren’t moving at the pace they “should” be…
If the “exact 5-step formulas” promised by the (perfect and beautiful) coaches who claim to have all the answers aren’t working for you…
If your intuition is telling you that your job is less about making a strategic plan and more about getting your ego out of the way and simply showing up to serve…
Then surrender coaching may be for you.
I work with heart-centered solopreneurs who are:
- Spiritually-minded, sensitive souls on a journey of learning to trust their inner wisdom, let go and love what is.
- Helpers and healers. (I especially love yoga teachers, health coaches, and graduates of The Institute for the Psychology of Eating).
- Tired of all of the noise and craving a way of doing business that works for them.
If you’re ready to approach your business from a place of surrender, I’d love to hold space for you as we work together to get you ROOTED and RESILIENT.
By ROOTED, I mean: grounded in the deep knowing that you are exactly the business owner that you’re meant to be. When you wholeheartedly commit to doing things in a way that’s aligned with YOU, a sense of clarity begins to emerge. You stop overriding your intuition. You bravely take each next step as it appears, with faith that the universe has your back. And your day-to-day energy around your work becomes more soulful, grounded, and vibrant.
By RESILIENT, I mean: with an emotional and spiritual emergency kit that won’t quit, so that you can handle challenges with grace instead of descending into ego-driven panic/shame/denial mode whenever something doesn’t go the way you think it should. As you build resiliency skills like presence, compassion, mindfulness, faith, and courage, the constant self-flagellation (and accompanying suffering) falls away. Growing your business becomes much more enjoyable, and you’re able to face adversity in healthy rather than self-destructive ways.
