- Promising themselves for the 937th time that THIS time, they’re giving up sugar forever.
- Feeling self-righteous when what’s on their plate is healthier than their coworker’s – but then feeling a mix of guilty and exhilarated when they secretly dig into a tub of Ben and Jerry’s at midnight.
- Constantly comparing their body to others (and thinking things they’d never say out loud).

By ROOTED, I mean: grounded in the unshakeable knowing that you are worthy, exactly as you are. Once you truly get that it is your birthright to feel comfortable in your own skin without changing a thing about your body, you’re able to let go of the food rules, relax at mealtime, and eat what you want instead of what you “should.” As you let go of tight control, you find (to your surprise and delight) that the out-of-control eating episodes let go of you. You learn that you can trust yourself, and you naturally start to make choices from a place of food freedom.
By RESILIENT, I mean: with an emotional and spiritual emergency kit that won’t quit, so that you’re able to be present with discomfort without turning to food. As you build resiliency skills like presence, compassion, mindfulness, vulnerability, faith, and courage, the constant self-flagellation (and accompanying suffering) falls away – even after a binge or an encounter with a double-chinned picture of yourself. You connect with a sense of inner peace and freedom and are able to focus your energy on what truly matters to you.

Initial 90-minute session
I’ll ask lots of questions to fill in the details of your life and challenges. Then, we’ll gently dive right into the healing work as we start to shed light on the beliefs that are keeping you stuck. By session’s end, you’ll have a short list of action steps to begin integrating into your life.
Seven 60-minute sessions
As you get more rooted and resilient, your old conditioning will start to release its hold. You’ll begin to reconnect with who you really are and experience a new sense of peace and freedom around food.
Detailed follow-up emails
After every session, I'll send you an in-depth email that encapsulates our time together. You’ll never have to worry about remembering your action steps or what we talked about – and you’ll have a tangible record of your progress over time.
All sessions take place virtually
We meet via a very cool video-conferencing platform called Zoom. (Yay for no commute and the ability to show up in sweatpants!)
